The Appleton FM8-200 Type T Form 8 conduit outlet body is a versatile and durable fitting designed for use in various electrical applications. With a capacity of 105 cubic inches, this Grayloy iron outlet body features a triple-coated finish in gray, providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The outlet body has three hubs with a 2-inch hub size and tapered female NPT connections, ensuring tight and rigid joints with excellent ground continuity. Measuring 12.38 inches in length, 5.13 inches in width, and 3.56 inches in height, the FM8-200 is designed to meet NEMA FB-1 standards. The smooth, rounded integral bushings in the hubs protect conductor insulation, while the flat back design provides greater cubic content for easier wire pulling and more room for splicing. The FM8-200 is completely interchangeable with Crouse-Hinds Form 8™ bodies, gaskets, and covers, offering a stable installation that fits flush and snug against flat surfaces. The smooth hub bushings and cover openings further protect conductor insulation, and the smooth hub openings allow for easy conduit joining.
