The Greenlee Super Tugger cable puller is designed to pull cable through conduit and in tray, developing a maximum pulling force of 28.9 kN (6500 lb). It features a unique floor mounting attachment for quick, reliable setup and leaf-type mounting chains that won't twist when tightening. The heat-treated steel serrated gripper feet ensure secure mounting to conduit.
Included is a Force Gauge to constantly monitor the pull, and a right-angle sheave that allows the operator to stand out of the direct line of force. For added safety, the Super Tugger has an audio alarm high force warning, and a circuit breaker shut off at maximum force. The tapered capstan and patented rope guidance system provide better control of the rope when feeding onto the capstan.
