Description:
The Flextec 350X PowerConnect 4-Pack inverter rack is a heavy-duty, compact, and expandable solution that can be easily upgraded to an 8-Pack by bolting two 4-Pack racks together. This rack system offers numerous competitive advantages, including forklift slots on all sides, optional heavy-duty casters, and a robust construction using heavy square tubing throughout.
The rack features a welder mounting plate for quick and easy installation or removal of each welder, a junction box door that opens downward for convenient tool placement during setup, and neat input cable routing to avoid pinching or cutting during operation.
The rack meets National Electrical Code (NEC) when properly installed and allows for powering all welders with a single primary power drop. The Flextec 350X PowerConnect machines in the rack support various welding processes, have a maximum rating of 425A, an output range of 5-425A, and offer analog, digital, CrossLinc, and ArcLink communication technologies. The rack is designed for applications such as cross-country pipeline construction, field erection, general fabrication, heavy equipment, heavy fabrication, and structural fabrication. Using racks like this one provides greater job site safety, fewer high voltage cables, faster setup time, and more protection for equipment.
